Why Preventative Maintenance Matters
Routine safety checks and maintenance are vital to prevent costly repairs and ensure your anesthesia and dental machines operate within manufacturer specifications. Our multi-point inspections improve equipment performance, reduce the risk of leaks, and enhance patient safety.
✔ Check and repair the anesthesia machines for performance and leaks
✔ Detailed inspection and cleaning of absorber
✔ Inspect and test inhalation and exhalation valves on rebreathing system
✔ Inspect and test operation of pop-off valve and occlusion valve
✔ Precision vaporizer leak test, bypass test and calibration verification
✔ Service vaporizer exchange performed on-site
✔ Leak test and inspection of oxygen supply system including quick connects
✔ Confirm calibration and performance of flow meters
✔ Confirm proper operation and measure output of 0₂ flush valve
✔ Inspect and test operation of waste gas system and ensure waste gas system conforms to the
✔ ACVAA standards
✔ Inspect all rubber goods
✔ Train hospital staff: pre-use checkout, cleaning, maintenance and performance
✔ Written report detailing work completed, findings and recommendations
✔ Minor labor repairs included
✔ Major labor repairs and parts will be quoted on-site
