Services

Dental Machine Maintenance is critical to ensure it is working properly within manufacturer specifications.

This resource will walk you through the self-process, however, if you would prefer VASS to service the machine, we will change the oil as shown in the video as well as perform the following:

Change compressor tank O-rings and filters

Confirm that the Compressor pressure is set properly

Assess tubing for wear

Assess all hand pieces for proper function as well as confirm that the High and Low speed handpiece are set at the proper speed.

Confirm water bottle(s) gaskets and filters are in proper working order

Make additional repairs repairs as needed

All new dental units are supplied with the Dentapure antibacterial system which should be changed annually. We also recommend this system be installed on all older units as well

Our vans carry most service parts for the DentalAire(TM) machines, but we recommend discussing any concerns that you may have with your machine before our representative arrives on site to avoid additional shipping of parts and return visits for installation repairs.
