Returns, Refund Policy & Missing Item(s)

RETURNS


Returns are accepted for *unused items within 30 days of purchase with the additions below


  • There will be a 25% restocking fee for all in-stock items  
  • There will be a 25% restocking fee plus an additional $25 admin fee for items that were custom ordered (not in-stock items) 
  • Shipping cost(s) are non-refundable and must be paid in full
  • The return shipping is arranged by the customer returning the item(s) (VASS does not provide a shipping label) 
  • Item(s) must be unused and in the condition received 


*All monitor accessories (cables, cuffs, probes, etc.) are non-refundable/non-returnable even if they are unused/unopened

REFUNDS 


  • Refunds will not be issued until the items are received and inspected by staff 
  • Refunds will be issued by management in the form of VASS credit unless otherwise communicated in a timely manner

MISSING ITEMS


By confirming an order with us, you are agreeing that you understand you have up to 10 business days to report any missing items in your shipment(s) once delivered.  If you need to report a missing item, please contact sales@vasservice.com promptly. If not reported within 10 business days of delivery, you would need to re-order the item(s) at your expense.
